Nutrimind es el software más utilizado por nutriólogos, y es que en lo personal a mí me encanta.
Puedes añadir productos de marcas específicas ingresando los macro y micronutrientes que podemos tomar directamente de la etiqueta nutrimental.
Yo les voy a enseñar 1 producto que actualmente uso y recomiendo en mí consulta y que aparte me gusta no solo por ser delicioso, sino porque también es un producto que nutricionalmente hablando, contiene ingredientes que no dañan a nuestro paciente y que le permitirán lograr sus objetivos exitosamente.
Les estoy hablando de la crema de cacahuate Kirkland, esta crema es de mis favoritas ya que no contiene azúcares añadidos, ni grasas hidrogenadas, contiene al fruto seco como principal ingrediente y además aporta menos de 140 mg de sodio por porción. Lo cual es una maravilla.
PASO 1.Busca la etiqueta nutricional del producto y cambia el tamaño por porción establecida (en este caso 30 gr) a 100 gr mediante una regla de 3 (puedes utilizar Excel) o puedes hacer tu calculo online aquí.
Una vez que tengamos las cantidades por 100 gr, abrimos nuestro software Nutrimind y damos click en "MIS ALIMENTOS" y después en "NUEVO ALIMENTO"
Asignamos el nombre de nuestro nuevo alimento (En este caso será "crema de cacahuate KIRKLAND") y posteriormente comenzamos a ingresar nuestro cálculo previo de todos los nutrientes en 100 gr, y damos click en "SIGUIENTE".
